Terms of Use – Safe Standard®
Scope of use
Safe Standard® is a digital documentation pack consisting of reusable PDF templates for manual use.
It is not a platform, license, certification, ID verification, or e-signature service.
You may use and customize the templates for your own rentals, in any country, with unlimited duration and number of rentals.
All agreements created using the templates are private contracts between the rental parties.
Usage rules
Templates are for personal use only.
You may not share, publish, upload, distribute, resell, sublicense, bundle, or include the templates or any part of them in:
services
platforms
software
commercial products
Country compliance
The correct Country Annex must be used for each rental.
Users are responsible for selecting the appropriate Country Annex and ensuring correct application.
Liability
Nordlöf Nordic is not a party to any rental, agreement, dispute, or claim.
Users are solely responsible for:
correct use of the templates
compliance with applicable laws
outcomes of any rental agreement
Refund policy
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
Downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
Intellectual property
All templates and Country Annexes are protected by copyright.
Unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
