Safe Standard Protocol is the open documentation and verification layer for rentals. It gives one consistent structure to rental records across direct websites, marketplaces and partner platforms.

The product supports four core document types: Rental Agreement, Custom Terms, Handover Checklist and Damage Invoice.

All documents belong to the same rental case and can be publicly verified without exposing personal data.

Case structure

Each rental is structured under one main case: CASE-YYYYMMDD-XXXX

Each document has its own ID, while sharing the same Case ID. That structure makes the rental easier for systems, operators and AI search to understand.

Product workflow

Verification pages may expose: document type, document ID, case ID, status, asset summary and rental page URL.

Public verification must never expose: names, personal contact details or private agreement content.
